Exploring the world of Tomintoul (Tom-in-t'owl)
WHISKY TASTING

Color: Gold
Price: $
Nose: Malty with some kinda cereal notes, Creamy, Some Citrus notes, Honey comb, Some lemon peel towards the end & a faint hint of spice
Palate: Some light citrus, very thin and watery on the palate, spice on the front of the palate nothing on the back. Some kind off sour note, cant quite nail it down of what it is and where its coming from.
Finish: Long and ends in spice. The spice lingers for a long time.
Final Thoughts:
Wish the ABV was a little higher, feels very watered down and thin. Except the spice not much going on the palate for me personally. That sour note kept popping up for me and was a deal breaker, not a fan off it at all. This was my first Tomintoul and had some decent hopes on it, but unfortunately they dint quite deliver. Hopefully the other Tomintoul's in this series have much more to deliver than this.
