The delicate balancing act
WHISKY TASTING

Color: Gold
Price: $$
Nose: Fresh fruit, Green Apples, a very light hint of smoke, Hay, Little malty-cereal notes there, More fresh fruits, Pears, Lime, Creamy and Fresh.
Palate: Citrus, some Spice, very delicate, no grainy notes like the Hibiki’s, some grapefruit, lemon, a bit oily coats the whole mouth.
Finish: Medium to long finish, ends in some spice on the back, some vanilla, some pepper, some Lapsang tea.
Final Thoughts:
Very light and delicate, Fresh and Waxy. I don’t think there is any sherry cask influence here unlike the Yamazaki’s. Very faint smoke if any. Very refreshing spirit.
Score: 84/100
