Benromach 15 Yrs
How Genuine is it?
WHISKY TASTING

Color: Amber
Price: $$
Nose: Sweet Candy, Raisins, Red dried fruits, Fruit Cake, some chocolate & a whiff of some faint smoke.
Palate: Light oak presence, some spice, malty & light citrus
Finish: Medium, Dried fruits in the end a bit waxy.
Final Thoughts:
This is one of those i thinks develops in the glass as it sits for a period of time. This was from a neck pour from a fresh bottle, i think this needs more time. i will have to revisit some of the nose as the level in the bottle drops a bit and i taste it couple more times. I only wish, if the ABV was a bit higher, it would have more to bring to the table.
